My Daily Affirmations allows you to create as many positive statements to reach the life you want. Repeating these mantras to yourself, and visualising them is a proven method used by many successful people.
Most of us are held back from getting what we want out of life, for no other reason than our own negative mindset. We set limits within our unconscious mind, which makes most of our decisions to only live a life within the limits.
Daily Affirmations helps to reprogram your subconscious mind, eliminating the negative believes and limitations you've set yourself.
There are multiple theories of why Daily Affirmations work. Some suggests that by focussing what we want, we become more aware of certain opportunities that have always been there. Other theories - like the Law of Attractive, suggests that our vibrational energy creates changes within the fabric of space leading to the reality we've visualised. The one thing that is agreed, is that Daily Affirmations work.
To use My Daily Affirmations, you first provide a statement of what you want. This statement should be:
- positive
- in the present tense
- be specific and
- be concise.
You then set aside time every day to reaffirm the statements by first typing it out fifteen times, then reading these back to yourself.
The last step, is to visualise yourself living out the statement. You should imagine that statement as your reality - feeling the same feelings, hearing the sounds, smelling the smells, etc. The best times to do these exercises are when you wake up, or before you go to bed.
You can add as many positive statements, but it is recommended to keep them below 5 to maintain focus. The ideal is to keep it to 3.
